FAQ about Fusabase

Many are asking what is Fusabase?

Simple answer Fusabase is an Oracle backend with Firebase API.
This service considered as Backend-as-a-Service which allow developer to build mobile and web applications very fast connecting the front-end with the Oracle AI Database.

So for developer may think how can we use Fusabase?

Simple answer is by using first-party SDK (Software Development Kit), because Oracle have built their own SDK developed and maintained by Oracle to allow easy usage of Fusabase.
Meaning if you're using a JavaScript Framework, then you need to use Fusabase JavaScript SDK to connect your front-end application with the Oracle AI Database.
Note that many SDK are available not only JavaScript SDK, but iOS SDK, Android SDK, Flutter SDK.

What about Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS), can I still use it?

Simple answer is yes, the Fusabase is an extra layer on top of the Oracle AI Database and Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS).

Does Fusabase SDK are easy to use?

The Fusabase SDK is designed to be close to the Firebase SDK, so if you used Firebase SDK using Fusabase SDK won't be a problem for you to use (of course reading the documentation is something that is always recommended).
