Oracle Support Rewards lets organizations convert Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) spend into real reductions on on‑premises Oracle support bills, actually customers typically earn $0.25–$0.33 back per $1 of OCI spend and can apply those rewards to eligible support invoices; enroll via your Universal Credits order and track rewards in the OCI Console.
How does it works?
- Enroll: sign or renew a Cloud Universal Credits (OCI) order and opt into Support Rewards.
- Accrue monthly: the rewards accumulate monthly based on OCI usage at the rate specified in your order (commonly 25–33% of OCI spend).
- Track: monitor accrued rewards in the OCI Console and your billing dashboards.
- Redeem: apply rewards to eligible support invoices across entities in your company hierarchy, reducing or even eliminating support charges if earn a lot of credits.
